Archives Committee

ARCHIVES COMMITTEE

The Archives Committee is responsible for the collection and management of the history of Alcoholics Anonymous in North San Diego County and the safeguarding of all archival materials.

Qualifications (suggested):

Five years sobriety.

Term of Office (suggested):

Three Years (eligible for successive terms).

Duties:

  • Recruits additional committee members as needed.
  • Schedules Archives Committee meetings.
  • Collects and maintain archives.
  • Presents any new archive projects to the Business Committee for consideration.
  • Presents proposals with any financial impact to the Business Committee.
